Site Performance

The site will not open

If https://kingdomcum.cc fails to load or works intermittently, access may be restricted in your region or by your provider. Connect through a VPN and try again.

I am not receiving confirmation emails

Letters from KingdomCum, such as password reset links, sometimes end up in the Spam folder. Ad-blocking extensions can also interfere with our emails: disable the blocker and request the message again.

Videos buffer for too long

Long recordings need time to buffer, and that is normal.

If every video keeps stalling or refuses to play, try the following:

• Keep only one video tab open at a time
• Clear your browser cookies

If nothing helps, please report the problem to support.

I cannot watch a video

Playback requires an active membership. Very old or unpopular recordings may also have been removed from the catalog. If neither applies to you, contact our support team.

I have trouble downloading videos

Downloads are available on the Ultimate and Titanium plans. Ultimate includes 30 high-speed downloads per day and Titanium 120; after reaching the daily limit you still get 40 downloads at a reduced speed.

Internet Download Managers and similar software often cause download errors, so save files directly through your browser.

Payment Methods

Card

We accept most credit and debit cards, but not gift or prepaid cards. If a card payment fails or the option is unavailable, try another card or pay with cryptocurrency. Please note that cryptocurrency purchases are non-refundable.

PayPal

PayPal is currently not supported. Pay with a card on the website or with cryptocurrency instead.

Is membership a recurring subscription?

No. Memberships are one-time purchases that never renew automatically. If you prefer not to make manual payments every month, take a long-term 6-month plan and save 20%!

What does adding a performer mean?

Members can request that recordings of a favorite Ch****bate broadcaster be added to the archive.

I cannot find my favorite performer

If a model is missing from the catalog, you can submit a request to add them once your membership is active.

General Questions

I want to restore my account

Accounts get blocked in two cases:

• You closed the account yourself by request
• Our anti-fraud system suspended it automatically

In either situation, contact support to restore access.

Private shows

Private and ticketed shows, as well as any other paid content, are never recorded.

Do you keep older recordings?

Everything we have ever captured is already published on the site. No earlier broadcasts exist outside the archive you see here.

Using download managers

Internet Download Manager and similar tools are prohibited on the service.
