Acceptance of the Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of kingdomcum.cc and any content, functionality or services offered on or through it (the "Website"). By visiting the Website, registering an account, purchasing a membership or clicking to accept these Terms where that option is offered, you agree to be bound by them and by our Privacy Policy available at https://kingdomcum.cc/privacy, which is incorporated here by reference.

These Terms apply to every user of the Website, including visitors who only browse and users who upload or contribute Content. "Content" means any text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features and other materials you may view, submit, publish, transmit or access through the Website.

If you do not agree with these Terms or with the Privacy Policy, do not access or use the Website. By accepting electronically, you consent to keeping records related to these Terms in electronic form.

Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is higher, and that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms. You also confirm that sexually explicit material is legal to view in the jurisdiction from which you access the Website. If you do not meet these requirements, you must leave the Website immediately.

Changes to These Terms

The Website is an archive of recordings of publicly broadcast live webcam streams, intended for adult audiences. It also contains text, messages, files, data, images, videos, code and other materials posted by users and models.

The Website may contain links to third-party resources that we neither own nor control. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or terms of service, and we cannot edit or censor them. Purchases, Memberships, Billing and Cancellation

Third-party payment processors

Payments for memberships and for Content made available by Models are processed by independent third-party payment providers. By making a purchase you agree to abide by the customer terms and policies of those providers, over which we have no control. If you cannot accept their terms, do not make purchases on the Website.

Purchasing Content from Models

You may purchase Content offered by Models. Purchases are payable in advance, and several packages may be offered. Models set and may change their prices at any time at their own discretion. Purchased Content becomes unavailable if your account is deleted by you or terminated under these Terms.

Premium and Ultimate plans

A Premium or Ultimate plan may start with a free trial or a promotional period and continues until cancelled or terminated by us. A valid, accepted payment method is required, and the applicable fee is charged to it each billing period. Cancel before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

We may offer several plans, including promotional ones with differing conditions; any materially different terms are disclosed at sign-up or in related communications. Plan details are shown in the email receipt issued at sign-up, or you can ask us through https://kingdomcum.cc/support. We reserve the right to modify, replace or discontinue any plan at our discretion.

Free trials and promotional periods

The free trial lasts seven days unless another period is stated at sign-up. Trials and promotional prices are available to new and certain former customers only, and we determine eligibility at our discretion. Combinations with other offers may be restricted.

Billing starts automatically at the end of the trial or promotional period unless you cancel beforehand. Your payment details are shown in the sign-up receipt or available via https://kingdomcum.cc/support. We may authorize your payment method for an amount similar to the subscription fee as soon as you register, which can temporarily reduce your available balance, but no subscription fee is charged during the free trial itself.

Billing

By starting a paid plan you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate, plus any other charges connected with your use of the service. Fees are billed at the start of each paying period, usually on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your paid subscription, and are fully earned upon payment. If a period begins on a date absent from a given month, we may bill on a nearby day. Minor price variations between periods are authorized as part of this clause.

We may adjust pricing at any time; material increases take effect after notice to you. If a payment fails and you neither update your payment method nor cancel, you remain responsible for uncollected amounts and authorize further billing attempts, which may shift your billing dates. Some card issuers charge their own transaction fees.

Taxes

VAT, sales tax or other excise duties may be included in or added to prices depending on your country, state, territory or city and applicable local regulations.

Refunds

If we terminate your access for breach of these Terms, no refund of unused subscription fees is due. We may, but are not obliged to, issue a refund for a technical error affecting purchased Content; whether to do so is decided solely by us. We may also grant discounts, credits or other consideration to some or all customers at any time; doing so once creates no entitlement to similar treatment in the future.

Managing your payment method

You can update your payment details via the "Manage Premium Account" page at https://kingdomcum.cc/account/manage or through Customer Care at https://kingdomcum.cc/support.

Cancelling Premium

You may cancel Premium at any time from https://kingdomcum.cc/account/manage while logged in, or by contacting Customer Care through https://kingdomcum.cc/support. Cancellation stops future charges; you remain liable for charges already incurred and keep access until the end of the current billing period. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS ARE GIVEN FOR PARTIAL-MONTH PERIODS. After cancellation your account reverts to a regular account at the end of the running period.

Chargebacks

All chargebacks are investigated and disputed. Filing them may restrict your ability to make future purchases through our payment providers, and fraud claims may be reported to your card issuer to protect you and prevent further fraudulent charges.

Electronic receipts

A receipt is emailed to the address given at registration, as updated by you over time. Copies of charge records can be requested via https://kingdomcum.cc/support, but we cannot guarantee availability of records older than 365 days.

Website Availability and Account Security

We may withdraw or modify the Website, or any part of it or service on it, at our discretion and without notice, and we are not liable for any unavailability. Access to some features may be restricted, including for registered users.

You are responsible for arranging your own access to the Website and for ensuring that everyone using your internet connection complies with these Terms.

Registration information you provide must be correct, current and complete; it is handled under our Privacy Policy at https://kingdomcum.cc/privacy. If you are issued a username, password or other credentials, treat them as confidential, do not share them, and remember that you are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach via https://kingdomcum.cc/support, log out after each session, and take extra care on shared computers. Although we are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for losses suffered by us or others because of it.

Any information you give us or third-party providers must be accurate and up to date. Using the Website over mobile networks may incur carrier charges. We may disable any username, password or identifier at any time, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. We reserve the right to charge fees for the service and to change them at our discretion.

Intellectual Property and License to Use the Website

KingdomCum and its logos are our trademarks. Other trademarks and logos on the Website belong to their respective owners, and no rights in them are granted to you. The presence of any name, likeness or mark does not imply endorsement by that person or brand, in either direction.

The Website and the materials we own, author, create, purchase or license on it ("Works") are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret and other laws, and all rights in them are reserved.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to access the Website and Works for personal use. That license is conditional on viewing the Website whole and intact as presented, including advertising, and on not using ad-blocking software or information obtained from the Website to block, interfere with or update ad-blocking tools. Interference with advertising violates the license and constitutes copyright infringement.

You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publicly perform or display the Website or Works beyond what these Terms expressly allow; doing so exceeds the license and infringes copyright. Where an embeddable player is provided, you may incorporate it into your own site but may not modify, block or build upon any part of it, including links back to the Website.

The license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. Some Content may be protected by digital rights management technologies; you must not circumvent, remove, disable or interfere with them, which is prohibited by law.

Where downloads are offered, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right ("Download License") to keep and use copies for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not redistribute or publicly exploit downloaded Works, and when the Download License or these Terms end, you must delete all copies in your possession.

Content Posted by Users

As an account holder you may submit Content, including videos and comments. We do not guarantee confidentiality of anything you submit, and you alone are responsible for your Content and its legality, accuracy and appropriateness. We do not control user submissions, we review them only occasionally and without obligation, and we are never liable for claims connected with them.

You affirm that you own or have secured all licenses, rights, consents and permissions needed for your Content, and you grant us the patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright and other proprietary rights needed to publish it under these Terms. Content must not contain third-party copyrighted or otherwise protected material unless you are legally entitled to post it and to grant the licenses described here.

By submitting Content you grant us an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, market, adapt, translate, display, perform and otherwise exploit it in any media, including for promotion of the Website, while you retain ownership. You waive moral-rights claims to the extent permitted by law. Other users receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access and use your Content through the Website's functionality. Licenses in video Content end within a commercially reasonable time after you delete it, though server copies may be retained without being displayed; licenses in comments are perpetual and irrevocable.

We do not endorse any user Content and disclaim liability for it. Infringing material is removed upon proper notification, and we may remove Content without notice. All submissions must meet the standards in these Terms. If you send us ideas, suggestions or proposals, we may use or discard them freely, with no confidentiality obligation or compensation owed to you.

When posting you may be asked for personal details such as name, address, email and password. We keep records of this information, which may be linked to other data you provide. We do not pass your identifying details to advertisers or partners without permission, but note that some profile information may become public, and we may disclose personal data in limited circumstances such as responding to subpoenas, law-enforcement requests or tax authorities.

Content Posted by Models

To post Content as a Model you must join the Model Program, accept its terms and provide true, correct personal information; false information leads to immediate termination and possible legal sanctions. We may decline any application for any reason. A valid email address is required for verification, and you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails.

You choose a unique, non-offensive screen name that does not violate others' rights, and a password that you must keep secret. Certain profile changes can only be made by our staff — contact us if your details need correcting. Never let anyone else use your account, and never use anyone else's.

Before earning from sold Content you must verify your identity by submitting high-resolution scans of one or two identity documents showing your photo, full legal name, date of birth, document expiry and address — for example a passport, driver's license, national ID or citizenship card, optionally supported by a utility bill. If your government-issued photo ID contains all required data, a second document is unnecessary. We may require additional documents at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for activity on your account, liable for losses we suffer from its unauthorized use, and you waive claims against us for such use while agreeing to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your account. Public profiles may be searchable by other users, partners and search engines.

Model Content Standards

Models choose freely what Content to produce, subject to applicable law, and bear sole responsibility for it. Regarding Content you post you represent and warrant that: (i) you hold all rights, licenses, consents and permissions needed for us to use it as contemplated; (ii) every person depicted consented freely to its production; (iii) you comply with record-keeping and age-verification obligations, including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 where applicable; and (iv) you have written releases from every identifiable person for the use of their name or likeness. On request we may require written proof of the above within five (5) working days; failing to provide it allows us to withhold payments indefinitely.

We are not responsible for Content that violates community standards in your locality, and we cannot enforce every jurisdiction's laws. Obey all federal, state, provincial and local laws; consult an attorney before posting if unsure. You evaluate and assume all risks of using any Content. If we suspect your Content violates third-party rights, we may demand written evidence of ownership or right to use within five (5) working days; failure may result in immediate termination, demands for compensation and suspension of pending payments.

Model Commission

Models earn:

• Videos on demand: up to sixty-five percent (65%) of revenue from sales of your Content on KingdomCum, net of applicable sales taxes. Within certain limits you set your own prices.
• Fan Clubs: eighty percent (80%) of subscription revenue from fan-only content, net of applicable sales taxes, where enabled.
• Premium Viewshare Program: for each video, an amount equal to the video's view-share fraction for the month multiplied by fifteen percent (15%) of net revenues for that month.

For certain Model sales we act as a marketplace facilitator and, where U.S. state law requires, assume seller duties, register with the relevant departments of revenue, and collect and remit sales tax on taxable sales. We have complied with marketplace facilitator laws since approximately October 1, 2019, and we deduct and withhold from payouts whatever applicable law requires, remitting it to the authorities.

Otherwise it remains the Model's responsibility to remit all VAT, sales and excise taxes on amounts paid to them, and the Model indemnifies us, our affiliates and agents against any related claims, including from tax authorities. You are solely responsible for all government, state and local taxes, levies and similar fees, and you must keep your registration, declaration and payment obligations current and inform us promptly of changes to your personal data.

Monthly statements are not mailed, but earnings are visible in your account. Payments are generally made within ten (10) business days after month-end, depending on the payout method, and only once the minimum payout of one hundred US dollars (US$100.00) net has been reached; smaller balances carry over to the next cycle. Fees caused by incorrect payment details you supplied are offset against sums due to you. If you breach these Terms or a third party claims your Content damaged them, we may withhold payments indefinitely.

Acceptable Use

Use the Website only for lawful purposes contemplated by these Terms. View the Website unaltered and unmodified; modifying it or removing content, including ads, is prohibited, and by browsing you accept the advertising served on the service and undertake not to block it.

Content is provided AS IS. Access it for your personal use through the functionality provided and do not download anything unless a download option is displayed for that item. Copying, reproducing, distributing, broadcasting, selling, licensing or otherwise exploiting Content without prior written consent of the operator or the licensors is forbidden. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Prohibited Uses

You must not harm others or interfere with the operation of the Website, or use or monitor information from it for unauthorized purposes. Determinations of breach of the following rules are final. Specifically, you agree not to use the Website to:

• violate any law or help others do so;
• behave in ways harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, stalking, defamatory, inflammatory, violent, privacy-invading, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
• post Content depicting anyone under 18 years of age (or above the local age of majority), whether real or simulated;
• post Content without written documentation confirming all subjects are adults;
• post Content showing underage or non-consensual sexual activity, revenge porn, blackmail, intimidation, snuff, torture, death, violence, incest, racial slurs or hate speech;
• post false or misleading Content that could damage the Website or third parties;
• post obscene, illegal, fraudulent, libelous, hateful or otherwise inappropriate Content, or Content encouraging criminal conduct or civil liability;
• post spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, unsolicited advertising or any unauthorized solicitation;
• post sweepstakes, contests, lotteries or gambling-related material;
• post copyrighted or otherwise protected material you do not own or lack written permission to use;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent an affiliation;
• promote or facilitate prostitution, solicitation, human trafficking or sex trafficking, or arrange in-person meetings for paid sexual activity;
• run software designed to disrupt or limit the functioning of computers, networks or telecom equipment, including denial-of-service attacks;
• access services, networks or servers without authorization;
• exceed your authorized access to any part of the Website;
• circumvent digital rights management, encryption or security tools;
• collect or store personal data about others;
• alter any part of the Website or its content, including ads, without permission;
• obtain Content or information through means not intentionally made available;
• exploit undocumented features, design errors or bugs to gain access.

In addition, you agree not to disable, overload, damage or impair the Website or interfere with other users' real-time activities; use robots, spiders or automated means to monitor or copy material without written consent; use manual processes for unauthorized monitoring or copying; use information from the Website to feed ad blockers or filter lists; run bots or scripts that alter how the Website works; upload viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to or disrupt our servers, computers or databases; remove copyright or proprietary notices; attack the Website via denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks; or otherwise interfere with its proper working.

Monitoring, Enforcement and Termination

We have the right, without obligation, to:

• remove or refuse any Content for any or no reason at our discretion;
• monitor communications on the Website to verify compliance, security or legal obligations;
• take any action regarding Content we deem necessary or appropriate, including where it breaches these Terms, infringes rights, endangers safety or exposes us to liability;

• terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Website for any or no reason.

We cooperate fully with law-enforcement authorities and court orders requiring disclosure of identities or information. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS US, OUR OPERATORS, PARENT COMPANY, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS FROM CLAIMS ARISING FROM ACTIONS TAKEN DURING OR AS A RESULT OF SUCH INVESTIGATIONS.

The Website takes an uncompromising stance against child exploitation and human trafficking. Any Content involving minors, force, fraud or coercion is removed and reported to the proper authorities. If you encounter such material, report it immediately via https://kingdomcum.cc/support.

To keep the service appropriate, we may review, reject, store, reformat, move, delete or refuse any posted Content — including private and group messages — without notice or liability, particularly where material is offensive, obscene, violent, threatening, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable, or to enforce these Terms or third-party rights. Account Termination Policy
